What prices do the caravans start from?
Our caravans start from £1000 for a 10ft wide, with 12ft’s starting from £2250.
Do you "buy back" the caravan?
Yes we do, if you wish sell us caravan please contact us and we will arrange a viewing and give a buy back price.
Do you rent your caravans?
No we do not offer this service.
How can I purchase a caravan seen on your website or at the Showground?
We ask for a 10% deposit on all caravans, this can be paid over the phone by credit or debit card, cheque, cash, bank transfer.
How do I find a park to site my caravan on?
1. You will have to choose and area in the country you like and decide what facilities you are looking for (pool, club house etc).
2. Once you have narrowed down your wishes you need to visit parks in your chosen area.
3. Once you have found your park it is then a question of asking the management whether or not they will allow you to bring a caravan onto their site. In some instances parks will allow you to bring on your own caravan and a charge will usually apply.
4. We will be happy to advise you of parks we recommend in the areas we cover.
How much does it cost to transport the caravans?
This depends on where you require the caravan to be delivered to. We charge £100 for local deliveries within a 10 miles radius of our showground. Please ask for a detailed quote.
Can I pay for the caravan on delivery?
No, we require every caravan to be paid for in full and cleared funds before we deliver.
What if my caravan gets damaged whilst being delivered to me?
We have a full "Goods in transit" insurance policy which would cover any damage if that was to occur.
Where are the caravans?
You can view all our caravans at our showground at Waterston, Milford Haven.
Do any of your caravans come sited on a park?
No, all our caravans are for sale without a park pitch.
What is included in the contents of the caravan?
All our caravans come with, cooker, shower, toilet and usually a fridge.
How is the water heated?
In most instances water is heated by a gas water heater.
What gas do the caravans use?
All caravans are commissioned with LPG gas (red bottles).
Do you have any after sale guarantee?
We do offer an after sales guarantee. If a caravan has been delivered and an unreasonable fault discovered outside of the regions of normal wear and tear has occured we will be happy to put this matter right. For the purposes of this after sales service we require that any fault is reported to us within 48hrs. The boiler, gas fires have a 3 month warranty with us.
Is access an issue for delivering a caravan?
Yes, the following must be considered: turning circle into drive, overhanging trees, low telephone cables, narrow lanes and entrance to properties/site. These issues can be normally be overcome by preparing the area or sometimes with the use of a crane.
Do the caravans come with a gas test certificate?
No, because once a caravan is transported any gas certificates they had are invalidated.
Do I need to gas test my caravan?
Yes all caravans must be connected on site by a corgi registered gas fitter
